Citizens Advice Newcastle is a well-established charity operating in the City of Newcastle supporting over 15,000 clients a year. We are seeking to appoint an energy adviser/trainee for our Northern Powergrid project working in partnership with Leeds Citizens Advice.

The successful candidate will start as soon as possible. You will help people with their home energy. You will provide advice and support face-to-face, and by telephone providing households with the full range of energy advice. You will have a clear commitment to client care, be highly organised and self-motivated, able to maintain high advice quality standards.

Training can be given to fulfil the role.
