Our Home Insurance Claims Team is growing and we are looking for a Home Insurance Claims Handler to join our team in Croydon
You’ll be joining a team who genuinely put our people first, and deliver what matters to our customers by managing their claims with speed ease and heart, working virtually with our colleagues. What Are We Looking For ?
We’re looking for customer focused people to support and assist our amazing customers while making claims on their home insurance policies. You’ll need to have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for providing outstanding customer service. You’ll be answering calls and providing advice in a range of situations so you’ll need to have wonderful listening skills, and be able to adapt to assist and support our customers who will have a wide range of diverse needs and requirements at what can be a very difficult time.
- Can you deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while providing a friendly and personable customer journey ?
- Can you remain calm and be empathetic when dealing with complex or emotional situations ?

Training
We will provide full comprehensive training so no previous experience in claims handling is needed
During Training you will be expected to be in the office
Monday To Friday 9am – 5pm
This will continue for the first 5 weeks, after the 5 weeks of training your team leaders and training team will create a training work schedule that will be a combination of working both in the office and from home.
Once training has been completed you will then start working the hybrid working model.
