Home Care Worker Job Description
We are looking for home care (domiciliary care) assistants to work with people in their homes in Northampton and surrounding areas. You will be fully supported, providing training and shadowing experienced Home Care Workers. As a care worker, you'll care for our clients at their own homes to offer a range of services that enable them to live independently. You will provide personal care activities such as personal care and hygiene, assistance with dressing, mobility needs, meal preparation, medication assistance, social support, and companionship. About You
- Experience in home care is desired but not mandatory as we offer full training
- You need to have full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- You need to have confidence in driving to different locations for shifts
- we will sponsor candidates requiring work permit sponsorship
- If you are looking to be sponsored, you will ideally have six months of experience in care and hold a valid right to work in the UK at the point of application.
- It is just as vital that you're organised, have excellent communication skills, and are flexible enough to work shifts.
- If you require sponsorship, can you prove your knowledge of the English language as required by UK VISA & Immigration?
