Training Manager - Southend
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Milage: 45p per mile
Contract: Full time
Areas: This role is based in our Southend office

About the role:
Ashley Care are looking for an experienced, passionate and knowledgeable trainer to deliver comprehensive induction and refresher training to our new and existing team members. As our training manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our mandatory training is up to date and current for all of our members of staff, which aligns with the latest guidance from Skills for Care and CQC. You will also support the further training and development of our team members who are studying NVQs.
Experience within Health and Social Care is essential and the desired candidate should have knowledge and experience in delivering a wide range of training to various groups.
Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, as well as Train the Trainer qualifications are desired.
