Working pattern;
(06:30am - 14:00) - to include alternative weekend working, with two days off during the week.
We are looking to recruit a number of home care support assistants to join our rapidly growing team within Spalding and the surrounding areas. If you feel that you have a genuine desire to help others, and wish to support their independence, we would love to hear from you. Experience is not essential. We simply require you to have a caring nature, and the drive and determination to be an outstanding member of our support team. We work in small structured teams, and offer continuous support to you in all aspects of your role. PLEASE NOTE, CAR DRIVERS ARE ESSENTIAL IN THIS ROLE.
Along with social and domestic support, the role can also involve providing personal care. Duties will vary with each client you visit. A morning client may require support with preparing breakfast and administering medication, whereas another client may require some assistance with getting dressed for the day. You may have a client who likes to go shopping once a week, or a client who simply wishes to watch a film. The role of support assistant is varied but extremely rewarding.

You will need to have a valid UK drivers licence with access to your own vehicle in order to be successful in this role. The successful candidate must be available to work alternate weekends, with two days off during the week. Days will be confirmed during the interview process.
