- A good sense of humour
- Good teamworking skills with the ability to work on your own
- Have a caring and kind heart with the willingness to make a difference to the lives of our service users in their own homes
- Reliable, hardworking, honest and flexible with shifts
- A desire to support individuals offering them choice and person centred care
- Ideally six months professional care experience
- A good level of spoken English and the right to work in the UK
- The ability to provide two references that we are able to verify
As a Homecare Assistant you will be able to meet our wonderful service users, building rapport and relationships.
