Location: Homebased
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: Mon 11:30 - 20:00, Tues off, Wed, Thurs & Fri 11:30 – 20:00, Sat off, Sun 08:00 – 16:30
Start date: 24th April 2023

You will join Capita as part of our VMO2 team supporting new and existing VMO2 customers.

What will you deliver?
- Taking inbound calls in a virtual contact centre
- Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported
- D ealing with a variety of customer questions and queries
- Taking payments, setting up manageable payment plans, offering short term discounts on customers bills

- Confidence
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for adapting behaviours for different callers
- The ability to learn new skills quickly when it comes to adopting new processes and technology
- Someone who can think on their feet and adapt to different situations
- A good listener who is empathetic patient
- A private home working environment with suitable broadband connection and a quiet space to work
