Role: Transport for London Customer Service Advisor
Location: Homebased
Hours: Full-Time - 40 hours per week.
Shift pattern: working shifts between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
Start date: June 2023
Contract: Permanent

As a customer service advisor, you will join Capita as part of our Transport for London client team dealing with enquiries from members of the public around the ultra low emission zones, low emission zones and congestion charges in and around London and Greater London areas.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting with inbound calls within a virtual contact centre
- Delivering a service which makes Transport for London customers feel valued and supported
- Dealing with a wide range of queries including enquiries around v ehicle compliance, charges and blue badge discounts. You will also be taking payments and dealing with complaints
What we’re looking for:
- Confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- An ability to learn new skills quickly, including adopting new processes and technology
- An ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
- A good listener, who can be empathetic, show patience and adapt their behaviours to suit different callers
- Ideally, experience working within a customer service environment.
- A quiet space to work at home with a strong WIFI connection
