We are recruiting a Membership Executive for our multi-award-winning client. Offering a salary of c27,000 plus £10,000 bonus p/a with benefits, you’ll be responsible for targeting SME businesses to on-board new membership accounts to the company’s services.
This is a home-based role and you will be expected to travel to meet clients in the Bristol or Bath region to drive interest in the membership proposition and you will be expected to attend networking events. You will be respected to spend 1 or 2 days per week in the Bristol office.

In the role of Membership Executive, you’ll be responsible for…
- Servicing, growing, and on-boarding new membership accounts
- Building client relationships with a sales approach
- Ensuring customers are satisfied with services whilst striving to achieve new business targets
- Attending frequent member events, to network with the company’s customers
- Promptly responding to enquiries and membership requests
- Maintaining timely and accurate records within the CRM systems
Necessary requirements and skills for the role of Membership Executive, are as followed…
- Experience with business-to-business sales, service and retention
- Confident attending networking meetings
- Confident selling services to SME businesses
- Previous experience using CRM systems to manage customer accounts and provide customer care
- An understanding of consultative sales methods, or experience of customer facing service provision and/or account management
- An ambitious approach to your work and sales
- A self starter with a positive attitude
