Job description
Are you a friendly and sociable individual? Do you have the confidence to make outbounds sales calls to generate new holiday leads and take inbound calls converting into sales! If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This is a targeted role and would suit someone with a sales drive.
This position is offered at 39hrs per week, working 5 days over 7. Weekend and Evening availability is a must. Additional hours are available during peak times.
Commission
There is an uncapped commission opportunity associated with this position with on target earnings of £12,000!
Main Responsibilities:
Achieving financial targets within the Holiday Sales Team
To generate and follow up on all Holiday booking leads
Proactively promote and sell Holidays to existing customers
To really understand your customer and their needs to get them the best possible holiday
Supporting the wider team to reach departmental goals & enhance the guest journey

Salary: £22,308.00-£32,000.00 per year
