Role Specifics
Working om Angrove Country Park, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive 5-star service and standards throughout their stay.
Role specifics Include:
- Working in a front facing customer role assisting with any enquiries our holiday makers may have
- Dealing with any customer issues or complaints in a professional, caring and understanding manner
- General office duties including answering calls, taking payments, checking-in people for their stays, booking holidays, filing etc.
- Maintaining the Reception area, ensuring it is presented to a 5-star standard at all times
- Ensuring all paperwork is managed and organised well

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
