This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Holiday Home Sales Manager to lead sales at Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park. It would suit those who thrive in a fast paced, friendly, and dynamic caravan sales environment.
As a Holiday Home Sales Manager, you will be accountable for the effective management of all aspects of the Holiday Home Sales. You will be responsible for the direct sales of new and pre-owned holiday homes. As an inspirational leader you will support, develop and manage a team of Sales Advisors to deliver sales targets whilst maintaining the very best in customer service.
- You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in holiday home sales and park management.
- Develop sales generation initiatives, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver sales targets.
- Train your sales team and encourage continuous improvement
- Have excellent problem resolution, with an attitude and aptitude to spot opportunities.
- Work with the marketing team to design effective marketing campaigns.
- Deliver agreed KPI’s within a set timescale.
- Have an ethical, professional, and respectful approach to sales delivery.
- Be a champion of excellent pre, and post sales customer service
- To review and establish new service standards for the park, determining overall priorities, seeking constant improvement, and basing targets upon customer expectations, whilst understanding and delivering Company brand standards
- To prepare, plan and manage a budget for all resources on the park, including capital expenditure and to monitor and maintain effective control.
