RoyaleResorts are part a rapid growing company which is one of the largest providers of residential and holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.
We are now looking for a Holiday Homes Sales Advisor to join our Sales team at Hayling Island Holiday Park.
Working hours: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat and Sun 9am until 6pm
Salary: £22,000 + Commission
Responsibilities and duties:-
- Generating leads by using telephone or walk in enquiries, Social Media and previous customer contacts
- Follow the Group Sales process to ensure relevant and factual information is given to customers when discussing a sale
- To ensure sales information is inputted into the database with high attention to detail
- To communicate with customers via face to face, phone and email to help build and create strong repour
- To be responsible for providing cover in the Sales office
- To ensure marketing collateral and brochures are up to date and available for interested customers
- Updating our CRM system with the details of all client contact
- Having an awareness of the benefits of living in the local community, being able to make suggestions and recommendations as appropriate
