We are looking for a full time Holiday Home Sales Executive to fulfil a busy role in our dedicated sales office and well stocked showground of both new and pre-owned holiday homes. Working alongside the company directors you will have full autonomy to make the role your own and be involved in all aspects of holiday home sales, marketing, and customer experience.
With a fantastic new development just nearing completion and available bases this is a great opportunity for the right candidate. No layers of management to go through to get a decision it means you can get on with the job in hand.
· Assisting potential customers to purchase a holiday home through a clear, consistent, and honest sales process
· Attending owner events and highlighting potential customer upgrade opportunities
· Preparing paperwork and fulfilling all legal obligations of the customers purchase
· Generating, recording and chasing leads
· Consistent social media presence
· Ensuring website is up-to date and correct
· Ensuring all third-party websites are up-to date and correct
· Maintaining high standards of stock presentation
· Take pride in your own appearance and office
· Adapting to the family ethos where everyone in the team is important
Experience: A proven track record in holiday home sales you will be a team player and be ready to get stuck in and hit the ground running in this exciting, vibrant, and stunning holiday park.
Job Type: Full-time. 5 Day working week including weekends and bank holidays with the possibility of working at Exhibitions and Shows.
Salary: Basic Salary £24k -£30k with a fantastic commission structure, OTE of £50k+ uncapped.
