Clubszone are actively recruiting for a School Holiday Club Manager to join our team in the Derbyshire (DE55 5JG) area.
What does the role of a School Holiday Club Manager involve?
We are looking for confident, organised individuals who can oversee the running of our holiday activity camp.
- Communicating with parents upon arrival and drop off, maintaining our 5-star customer service rating
- Creating daily activity plans for the staff and children to follow
- Delivering sports/arts and crafts activities where necessary to support the team
- Liaising with parents during the day in instances of first aid
- Ensuring all documentation is correct and up to date
- Complying with health and safety measures and venue polices
- Ensuring facilities are clean and tidy at the end of each day
- Communicating with head office where necessary
What makes a strong School Holiday Club Manager?
- Level 2 qualification in childcare or in sport/dance/arts and crafts delivery is essential
- Previous experience working with children is essential
- High energy and positivity for working with children aged 5 – 13
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of 3-6 activity leaders
- Pediatric first aid certificate is desirable
- Level 2 Safeguarding certificate is desirable
- Enhanced DBS is essential prior to start (Clubs Zone will pay for this if you do not have one already)

We have been operating for over 10 years and are excited to enter our most ambitious year of creating over 25 venues around the Midlands. Our passion is to provide as many exciting and engaging activities for children of all abilities and backgrounds aged 5 – 13.
We provide all the different sports you can think of, as well as performing arts and arts & crafts. Last year we added laser tag, archery, fencing to name a few. We also hold inflatable days that are very popular.
