Marshland High School, part of West Norfolk Academies Trust is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), specialising in Cognition and Learning and SEMH to take a lead role alongside a one-to-one teacher with the implementation of the individual pupil’s support plan to ensure that the school is meeting the specific needs of the pupil and supporting the pupil in lessons following a differentiated curriculum.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience who is passionate about promoting independence, inclusion, acceptance and equality.
