Job description
We are a private school looking for an enthusiastic and student-centered Math & Science Teacher to fill a full-time position, beginning August 14, 2023.
The candidate must have experience effectively teaching ALL high school grade level science courses in Grades 10-12 as well as Junior High Science.
Our ideal candidate will speak fluent English, and live in the Okotoks/Calgary area with reliable access to the school. They will need to be a creative facilitator capable of leading biology and chemistry labs, with high school classroom teaching experience.
The candidate needs to be patient, friendly, outgoing, with good time management and organization. You must have experience and ability to work well with teens who have unique learning styles and/or challenges, including gifted learners.
