CR Civil Engineering part of the RSK Group are a family run business, based in the Midlands, operating throughout England and Wales. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle/HGV Mechanic to join our team in Ripley, Derbyshire.

Responsibilities:

• To maintain all company vehicles in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and comply with the HGV legislation.
• Undertake cost effective repairs, whilst meeting the company’s environmental, safety and performance targets.
• Maintain service and inspection records, complete all necessary documents and paperwork in a timely manner.
• To ensure all duties are performed to high standard, to comply with the current health and safety procedures and PPE regulations.
• Work effectively with colleagues and demonstrate willingness to undertake any training that is required.

Key Requirements:

• NVQ level 3 mechanical knowledge.
• Experience in servicing of HGV trucks and commercial vehicles.
• Ability to meet targets.
• Awareness of health and safety.
• Ability to use initiative.
