HGV Driver - Class 1
Newmarket
About the role
You will be driving a modern articulated truck and curtain-side trailer, delivering palletised cardboard packaging to our customers and collecting paper reels, pallets and returns and delivering them back to our Fordham site.
We are looking for an individual with the following skills to join our team!
- Flexible & Reliable
- Team player
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations and H&S regulations
- Able to keep to schedules
There are a variety of roles available with us including both days and nights. Depending on shift pattern the days roles can see you earning £37,500 -£42,000 and nights can see you earning £43,000 - £45,000.
About you
- HGV1 driving experience
- Thorough knowledge of drivers’ hours and working time regulations
- Current CPC qualification is preferred
- Digital Tachograph Driver Card
- Knowledge of UK geography
- Maximum of 3 points on licence
- Excellent Safety Record
