Job description
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV Class1 drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- 1900-2200 start Sun-Thurs and Mon-Fri & 1200-1500 start Tues-Sat
- Must be able to tip trailers and be willing to be cross trained on Shunting
- Time critical Trunking routes
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- You will Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience preferred on this role
