BESTLOG LTD in Chichester, West Sussex are seeking HGV Class 1 Shuttle Driver.
We are currently recruiting a Class 1 Shuttle Driver/Warehouse Operative for a Chichester based logistics business. The role requires you to assist in the loading / unloading of vehicles and management of prestige vehicles to and from Goodwood, Chichester.
Vehicles are ratchet strapped onto the transporter, so the work is physically demanding. Vehicles will need to be collected from our warehouse's for loading and parked when delivered, all within the Chichester area.
This is a temporary (6 month) contract that is likely to be extended further with progression opportunities within the company for the right candidate. Immediate Start & On-Site Training provided.
Approximately: 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday
Hours: Starting at 1pm & Finishing at approximately 10.30pm
Some Saturday working will be required in line with our customers requirements.
Requirements
- Must have safety boots
- Good English and communication skills
- Must be physically fit
- Reliable
- Self-motivated and organised.
- A clean driving licence is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £150.00 per day
