HGV Invoice and Claims Processor - Heathrow
We are currently seeking an Invoice & Claims Administrator to join our motivated team based in Heathrow.
On Target Earnings (OTE) – Up to £33,000
- Salary - Depending on Experience
42.5 hour week – Monday – Friday: 07.00 – 16.00 (30 mins lunch). o Basic £28k - £30k DOE
Bonus – Up to £3k / year – based on Productivity / Efficiency
Any additional hours worked and agreed paid at Overtime Rate – 1.5
You’ll train at our Manufacturers in-house National Learning Academy, and you’ll be able to develop your skills.

You’ll work here at Cordwallis for brands such as MAN, Mercedes Truck and Isuzu Truck leading manufacturers of heavy commercial vehicles. You’ll carry out daily processing of invoices and claims on the manufacturers platforms for work completed by our branches in line with company processes and manufacturer procedures. You’ll work alongside the accounts teams in ensuring that any invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner. Maintain and file any completed documentation

- Keyloop / Kerridge / CDUK experience preferred
- Experience within the Automotive Sector
