The Person: We are looking for someone who is a natural team player, who communicates successfully and who enjoys working with people and cows in a varied environment. You will have a good depth of cow knowledge and some experience of working with high performance cows. Ideally you will be AI trained, with recent experience. Experience and/or training in foot trimming and other cow management practices or a strong desire to learn would be beneficial.
