An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Herdsperson
The Carswell group is passionate about producing milk from grass efficiently whilst progressing the careers of those working in the business.
We are looking for an ambitious Herdsperson with a desire to progress in the dairy industry to join our team in one of our Dairy's in Devon and Cornwall.
Our aim is to produce top quality organic milk efficiently as possible by aiming for top key performance indicators and the highest of welfare on an autumn calving block. Offering a good work life balance and opportunity to progress within the business.
Ideally, you’ll love cows, be passionate about dairy farming with a “can do” attitude. Above all, you’ll be ambitious, motivated, and keen to learn with a determination to achieve high standards across all areas of the farm.
