Herdsperson and Herd Manager opportunities across Devon and Cornwall
Job description
We are an expanding group of 5 dairy farms in Devon and Cornwall. All grass based with herds ranging from 150 cows to 700 cows and a mix of spring,autumn and split block calving patterns.
With a new management structure in place we are looking for ambitious people to join us from herdspeople looking to get going in the industry or people looking for that next step into management of running a herd. If you a looking to learn grow and develop your career we would like to hear from you.
We can offer 11/3 rotas all season support and back up from teams across all the farms. Full training offered and accommodation to suit.
