The Helpdesk Advisors are essential to delivering a high quality service to our users. They handle first-line enquiries, provide advice, and help people to resolve their problems. If providing support to users or customers is something you enjoy, we'd like to hear from you.

Helpdesk Team This is an exciting time to join the Helpdesk. We have recently launched new services and our role is continually evolving to include additional areas of work. We are a multi-function Helpdesk with a service offer that includes providing support to members of the University community with enquiries about travel for University business, the travel risk assessment process, and travel safety. The Helpdesk is also the central source of guidance on managing communicable disease within the Collegiate University and responds to any cases of notifiable diseases.

The Helpdesk has recently been working with other professional services team to develop new ways of working using the helpdesk service model and a successful pilot with Procurement Services is being embedded this summer.

The role holder will join a supportive team and work alongside other Helpdesk Advisors.
