HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR (nights)Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to work night shifts for an industry leading Facilities Management company in Bellshill. ROLE: Helpdesk AdministratorSALARY: £13.60 p/h JOB TYPE: 6 monthsLOCATION: BellshillHOURS: Shift patter 4 on 4 off, between 9pm - 8amTHE ROLE
- Answer calls for a growing multi contract fast paced and Live Call logging on Internal CAFM system (MAXIMO).
- Pro-Actively Monitor and Chase work Orders to completion within the required SLA.
- Administration tasks.
- Issue reports to Internal and external clients/Customers using in-house system.
THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Good Customer Service Skills.
- Must be comfortable handling high volume of calls.
- Good IT Skills.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
