About The Role
TC Specialist Services are looking for a Temporary (3 months with possibility of extension) Helpdesk Administrator to join our team Wakefield, required to state asap. The role is hybrid working, both in the office and from home. The Successful candidate will provide excellent customer service at all times, resolving issues in a prompt & professional manner through liaising with our internal departments, operatives and clients.
Job Purpose
To handle administrative and support activities. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Answering client/employee queries via email and over the phone
- Updating and maintaining our time and attendance software
- Liaising with staff, sites and customers
- Ordering uniform and other stock as required
- General administration duties
- Customer Service experience would be an advantage
- Daily monitoring & data input on our CRM systems
- Basic reports/pulling reports.
