An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to join our well-established facilities management and building services client as a Helpdesk Customer Service Representative.
The role:
To answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a professional manner whilst logging and passing out efficiently all customer-related faults and enquiries. Monitor and manage new calls with a high focus on response times whilst following the call scripts provided capturing all relevant data to comply with Call Quality Monitoring guidelines. Ensure that all relevant administration related to the completion of your role is completed in full and in a timely manner whilst ensuring a swift and efficient service is delivered in line with agreed service levels.
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, and logging jobs in a fast-paced environment
Co-ordinating contractors and City Technicians to ensure they attend to our City standards
Working in partnership with customers to achieve results
Completing a variety of administrative tasks such as quotes, uplifts, emails
End-to-end job management
Working as part of a team to drive customer excellence
About you:
Driven and passionate with a great attitude to deliver customer excellence
Helpdesk experience in facilities management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload
Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Previous contact centre/call centre/helpdesk experience

Salary: £20,500
33 days (6.6weeks) paid holiday for a full-time contract
37.5 hours per week contract
