The opportunity You will provide leadership and technical supervision for our remote Help to Claim team ensuring quality standards and targets are achieved. You will be an experienced Help to Claim Adviser and will lead by example, by advising clients, working collaboratively with other departments and volunteers and supporting your team. This role forms part of the national Help to Claim service, which is open between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate Ideally you will be an experienced Help to Claim Supervisor/Team Leader or an experienced Help to Claim Adviser who has proven ability to supervise and support a team. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and will fully understand the challenges of dealing with complex benefit queries over the telephone or web chat.

We have over 80 employees and volunteers with central offices in Chester and Winsford.
