Citizens Advice Bradford and Airedale and Bradford Law Centre Job Opportunity Help to Claim Future Support Worker (Telephone & Webchat) Hybrid working - office based during training and induction Citizens Advice delivers an extension of the Universal Support: Help to Claim service, ‘HTC Future Support’, which offers end-to-end support to help people make where appropriate, a new Universal Credit claim and be ready for when their first payment arrives.
We are looking for a fully trained advice worker with good IT skills to support clients to make and advise on completing their new Universal Credit claim, as well as assisting clients with problems once they have been awarded benefit. Additionally, the post holder will support the Community Partnership work within the wider Yorkshire District.
Salary: £24,496
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location – Home working / Hybrid during induction/training
