Base location: UK home based (some travel will be required within Leicestershire and Northamptonshire)
Employment type: Fixed term up to 31st March 2024 (possibility of continuation subject to funding)
We are seeking to recruit advisers with good IT skills to support clients to make and complete Universal Credit applications via multiple channels. You will need to be enthusiastic and have good communication skills to enable you to interview clients using sensitive listening and questioning to provide help and support from making a claim up to their first payment.
Full training for the role will be provided to support you to develop the skills to deliver advice over the phone and online For full details please refer to the person specification.
