We are looking for a Level 1 Support Engineer with a firm understanding of network printing, login scripts, drive share mapping, and permissions/access control. Candidate should also have the ability to demonstrate an solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory.

As a Support technician you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support for all of our client’s IT related activities
  • Providing onsite and remote access support via helpdesk
  • Monitoring servers and network environments
  • Troubleshoot a variety of network infrastructures
  • Performing maintenance tasks on servers and workstations
  • Documenting and applying best practices
  • Upgrades and deployments of the latest infrastructure technologies

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • A minimum of two years practical experience
  • Experience/Exposure with Active Directory administration
  • Experience/Exposure with Exchange Server administration
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Service industry experience an asset

All successful candidates are required to pass a satisfactory credit and police background check as a condition for an offer of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $32,500.00-$35,000.00 per year
