It helpdesk technician – Permanent
Salary: £35000 PA
Shift - 40 hours per week 8am to 5pm

Stirland Associates are recruiting on behalf of a one of the UK's largest independent, family-owned livestock and specialty feed manufacturers in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Main duties and responsibilities:
- User account setup and maintenance (AD+AAD+O365)
· IT Induction and face to face support and training where needed
· Installation, configuration, and maintenance of end user devices (Windows clients, Android & iPhone mobiles, printers, projectors etc)
· Use of Freshdesk helpdesk
· Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalate more complex problems (1st and 2nd Level support with some 3rd Level)
· Contribute to documentation and knowledge base
· Provide advice to end users when required
· Work within defined Standard Operating Procedures

Relevant experience:
- 6+ years’ experience of providing a professional IT helpdesk 1st and 2nd level support
- CCNA R/S, MCSE/MCSA/AZ-800, AZ-900 certified
- NVQ, C&G or BTEC level 3 a s a minimum in mechanical or electrical
Skills and Attributes:
- Team working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- The confidence to respond positively when under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach to resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
