Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Weekly pay
£10.47ph

- Schedule planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to the appropriately skilled engineers, ensuring compliance with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
 - Conduct regular analysis of the current PPM regime to identify trends and patterns, optimising the delivery of engineering resources.
 - Liaise with relevant parties, both internally and externally, to provide necessary updates and supporting documentation as required.
 - Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling queries from engineers and contract managers.
 - Ensure CAFM systems are always up to date and extract key information when requested.
 - Responsible for the 'On Call Rota,' ensuring the availability of engineers for out-of-hours works across various disciplines.
 - Perform general administrative duties in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
 - Customer service experience, either face-to-face or in a call/contact center environment, is essential.
 - Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, are essential.
 - Facilities management (FM)/property experience is desirable.
 - Knowledge of other MS Office packages such as PowerPoint, Access, and Visio is desirable.
 - Familiarity with current CSC operating systems and room and desk booking systems is advantageous.
 - General understanding of company-wide processes is preferred.
