We are currently looking for a tech-savvy IT Help Desk Technician to support our growing IT department. This is an in-person, onsite role in Cleveland, TN.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the first point of contact for users who need technical assistance via the phone or email
• Set up, update, and/or terminate users in different systems by job role
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
• Train computer and phone system users as needed in new software and/or hardware
• Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
• Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Keep record of problems and their resolution
• Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
• Suggest improvements on procedures by analyzing common concerns or problems that arise

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years' experience working as an IT Help Desk Technician
• Prior experience with Vergent (previously eCash)
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems (Windows, Microsoft products), phone systems (ZAC, MXIE), and computer hardware and software
• Availability between 9am and 6pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays between 9am and 2pm
• Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
• Good problem solving, analytical, and team working skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to learning new technologies
• Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field preferred but not required
