Our client is recruiting for an Apprentice Helpdesk Engineer Apprentice to join their team in Hook.

The Position

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 17.30am
Salary:
£12,000 - £14,000 per annum
Role and Responsibilities
· Supporting incoming customer requests and queries via phone, web , email and providing 1stline fault support, with the aim of delighting our customers through every interaction.
· Dealing with all aspects of customer administration, including IT, CCTV, WIFI, UC and industry processes such as Change Control and porting or numbers and provision of new cloud services.
· Provisioning new services, or dealing with Moves, Adds and Changes for our existing customers.
· Assisting our project team on-site when required.
· Liaising with 3rdparty suppliers, where necessary regarding hardware, software and connectivity support, ensuring that the Holler team and the Customer are kept fully up to date on progress.
· You should have the drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced, fast growing environment, but be approachable and willing to work as part of the team for the greater good of the company.
