Empereon is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Support Specialist. Help Desk Support Specialist will assist with overall site support, when needed.
What We Need From You:
- Extensive understanding and practical application of network support in an office environment
- Ability to troubleshoot network related issues without assistance
- Ability to interpret and discuss information with individuals or groups involving terminology and concepts of a technical nature
- Ability to work successfully in the high stress environment of a call center
- Ability to be flexible and proactive if goals and objectives change
- Ability to troubleshoot, create, and install network cabling
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
- Team player
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite products
- Understanding of standard networking concepts including DNS and DHCP
- Understanding of network security concepts and practices in a third-party audited environment
- Understanding of IP telephony configuration and networking concepts
