Job description
We are looking for a Help Desk Lead to join our team. This role requires:
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer tickets.
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, on all types of computer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems.
- Assess and troubleshoot computer support problems.
- Perform diagnostic testing on programs.
- Find problems and implement solutions.
- Test software and hardware.
- Talk with co-workers to research problems and find solutions.
- Train users on software and hardware on-site or in classroom or recommend outside contractors to provide training.
- Write software and hardware evaluations and recommendations for management review.
- Follow up with users to ensure issues have been resolved.
- Additional administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
