What you'll be doing
As a Technician within the team, you’ll be working on our LGV lorries. It will be your job to ensure all vehicles are maintained to a safe and roadworthy standard to both VOSA and Partnership’s requirements.
As well as ensuring that the relevant sections of all inspections, services and defect sheets are completed in compliance with our ‘O’ Licence obligations, and that all spares requests and time books are completed daily. You will need to be aware of best practice and current commercial vehicle repair techniques, to be able to ensure that high quality repairs are carried out in a cost effective manner and that the use of spare parts and consumables reflect the level of work carried out.

Essential Experience/Qualifications required:
City and Guilds 1,2,3 Vehicle technician or equivalent qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence
A proven background in transport commercial vehicle repairs
Knowledge of commercial vehicle legislation and roadworthiness
Other Experience/Qualifications you could bring?
LGV C+E Class 1 Driving Licence
Good interpersonal and IT skills
