This role will be based in community setting supporting adults who have complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers who have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients who have suffered spinal injury with skills such as:
- Tracheostomy care
- Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding.
- Ventilation management
- Oral suctioning
- Bowel management
- Nebuliser (NEB)
- Medications

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 2 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
- NVQ Level 3 related subjects.
- NVQ Level 4 related subjects.
- Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.
- Diploma in relevant health/ social subject.
- Commitment to delivering client specific care.
- Adaptable and Professional approach to support client and family members.
