An exciting opportunity has become available for Health Care Support Workers to work within the NHS Fife Specialist Palliative Care (SPC) service. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a genuine interest in working within palliative care and will have the opportunity to learn and develop.
This is an exciting time for Specialist palliative care. You will be part of a forward thinking service, delivering and supporting holistic care to the people of Fife with advanced life limiting illness. There is an expectation that you will rotate across the service including the hospice setting depending on the needs of the service.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering essential care to allow patients to be supported in their current place of care and focus on what matters most to the individual/ family, preventing hospital admissions and supporting patients discharged home from acute setting.
