We are looking to appoint a Band 2 Healthcare assistant. The applicant is required to be enthusiastic, flexible and have some care experience preferably within the hospital setting.
We are a highly motivated team who have achieved high standards of quality patient care which has been recognised within our Staff Excellence Awards. We follow the Trusts CARE values and ensure patient safety is a priority.
New 24 bedded trauma orthopaedic ward. Patients admitted to hospital following an injury/fall/orthopaedic problem requiring surgical or conservative management. Fast paced ward and an exciting working environment. The applicant will have excellent time management skills, be flexible and work well within a team.
Full training will be given to successful candidates in areas they are not familiar with and progression is encouraged to ensure staff and patient satisfaction.
