Healthcare Solution Writer –Enterprise Services (ES) – flexible location

Then come and join our global team as a Healthcare Solution Writer (you could currently be a Proposals Writer / Bid Writer / or Tendering Writer) to work closely with ES Sales team and wider Siemens Healthineers team to create market leading customer proposals and relevant external communications to support the development of ES opportunities. Support the preparation of proposals by determining concept; gathering and formatting information; reviewing content; obtaining approvals. To ensure a coherent and engaging narrative is conveyed to prospective clients within the constraints of standard tender documentation.

Your mission and responsibilities:
In this Healthcare Solutions writer role, you can also expect to:
- Support the ES Sales function to determine and develop proposal concepts for all ES solutions and other complex strategic proposals
- Meet proposal deadlines by working closely with Solutions Author and Bid Manager to establish priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposal
- Supporting the development of customer proposals by assembling information including project nature, objectives, outcomes & deliverables
- Reviewing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organisation credentials
- Revising of current and creation of new literature and strategies to support the promotion of current and future ES solutions, including case studies and portfolio brochures. This should include the articulation of relevant proof points
- Supporting the concept element of customer presentations by evaluating the relevant opportunity
Your qualifications and experience:
To apply for this Solutions writer role, you will need a bachelor’s degree in Degree level qualification in marketing or journalism with a minimum 3+ years’ experience as a proposal writer
You will also require the following:
- Excellent knowledge and experience of healthcare in the UK
- Excellent, proven written skills with an ability to summarise concepts concisely
- Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation
- Good verbal communication skills with problem solving capability
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovation to ensure market leading customer proposals
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines
- Advanced interpersonal skills
