Job Title: Team Leader
Location: London
Salary: Up to £50,000
A leading healthcare recruitment company are currently seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join their healthcare company. The successful candidate will lead a small team of billing consultants, and will be responsible for managing and overseeing the team's performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of billing consultants
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
- Identify and implement improvements to existing processes and procedures
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their potential
- Work closely with other teams within the company to ensure that all client needs are met
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Health and Social Care is essential
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- A desire to learn and develop new skills
They are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, as well as strong progression opportunities for management within the company. The role is Monday to Friday, so you will have weekends off to enjoy your free time.
