Healthcare Recruitment Client Account Managers – Hybrid/Remote working -Full time
Medline recruitment is a well-established healthcare recruitment consultancy, accredited by multiple NHS staffing frameworks, currently supplying medical locums and nursing staff to NHS trusts within the CPP, HTE and Scottish frameworks. We are amongst a few agencies that have been selected to supply staff via the International Recruitment framework by NHS Procurement in Partnership and Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and health Trust Europe (HTE)
Our international recruitment team, work across 2 UK and 3 offices across India. Due to our rapid expansion plans this year a fantastic opportunity has arisen for dynamic client account managers preferably with previous healthcare recruitment experience to work within our expanding international nursing and medical/nursing locums divisions. Although previous healthcare recruitment experience is desirable, we will consider applicants from other sectors and verticals who fulfil the person specification.
At this time of exciting growth, we are looking to speak to dedicated, ambitious individuals who will have a consistent employment history and passionate about liaising with NHS and private sector healthcare clients on a regular basis.
The daily duties would be build and maintain an excellent rapport with our existing clients whilst dealing with their staffing requirements and to offer specific solutions. Account managers will have to attend online meetings and participate in conference calls on a daily/weekly basis with clients.
In addition, we require account managers to be proactive in developing new clients and business for both the international and medical/nursing locums divisions. The account managers will have to contact prospective clients frequently to offer our services and arrange virtual presentations with clients that are interested in utilising services.
You will not be restricted in terms of remit and will be able to enhance your client portfolio within an open, national market with the support of all the major NHS staffing frameworks.

Please note this role will offer great flexibility and will primarily be home based with occasional travel required to client sites to attend meetings and presentations. The necessary infrastructure will be provided by the company to facilitate employees working remotely.

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
