The Role
The aim of the role is to provide a gold standard quality of care to our patients through both face-to-face and remote interactions. Another key aspect to the role is to provide support to the wider practice clinical team (GPs, ACPs, Nurses etc). Main duties and responsibilities will include providing:
- Phlebotomy and vaccinations
- Health checks and ECGs
- Blood pressure monitoring
- Restocking clinical areas and consulting rooms as well as maintaining equipment etc.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be confident, professional with excellent communication skill, be totally patient focussed and be able to interact positively with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical primary care staff to ensure that we provide a consistently high level of service and patient care; all whilst maintaining flexibility, adaptability and reliability. You will work under the direction of a registered healthcare practitioner and will have a NVQ Level 3 in Care or an equivalent qualification and relevant experience.
As a successful candidate you are highly motivated and dedicated to providing a brilliant service across the practice. You are excited and committed to our goals and values, an excellent communicator at all levels and thrive on fast pace and change. Knowledge of SystmOne is desirable.
