As a healthcare support worker, you will be of great value to our teams in providing the outstanding care and experience to our patients and their families. We will help you choose the area that fits your skills and career aspirations from medical specialities, urgent care and accident and emergency, to surgical, imaging or outpatients’ areas.

We can help you grow! Our main wards have a designated Healthcare Assistant Mentor who will support your on-boarding and our education team will provide you a comprehensive induction and training programme, ensuring you are well equipped with the right skills and knowledge to apply in your daily role while working towards obtaining the nationally
recognised Care Certificate.
Your daily duties will be performed under the kind supervision of our registered staff. The main duties may include:
- Personal care, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety;
- Help patients move around;
- Make beds and maintain a clean, safe clinical area;
- Communicate to patients and their families;
- Manage stock levels for linen and other supplies.
