Job description
You will be assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, administering medication and monitoring health conditions, keeping accurate records of care providing emotional support and companionship, preparing meals according to dietary needs, performing light house keeping tasks. Providing daily assistance with personal care including bathing, dressing and toileting. Administering medication and monitoring patient health. Supporting patients with mobility and excercise routines. Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals, patients and their families.

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
