The Stroke/Neuro Rehabilitation Unit (ward 4 & 5) is a 30 bedded unit based at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Dundee. We are looking anindividual who will deliver holistic and patient centred care. All applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with evidence of continued personal development.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of the Stroke Pathway within Tayside.
The aim of the service is to provide evidence based best practice and person centred care in collaboration with patients and their family to maximise rehabilitation following Stroke or other acquired brain injury.
As well as facilitating high quality rehabilitation, the interdisciplinary team works in partnership with all agencies providing care and support for this group of people
